• Please note that digital products are not refundable or returnable. Once you have completed your checkout and received access to the digital product, we cannot cancel or refund your purchase.

• If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please use the link provided in your confirmation email or use the contact page, including the name you used in your order and/or order number.
• Once an order has been shipped it can no longer be canceled. Exceptions can be made if the order is sent back unopened and shipping fees are covered by the sender.

🎀Refunds Policy🎀 

• Because products are generally made-to-order or handmade, we cannot issue refunds, returns, or exchanges for orders except for those with quality issues. If your shipment gets lost in the mail you will have to take it up with the shipping company (typically USPS)
• ➡️Orders are non-refundable unless you provide support with photographs demonstrating the quality issue.
• (Does not apply to B-Stock items. B-Stock items are all sales final)

🎀 Typical Refund Times: 🎀

• PayPal: Any refunds processed will show back up in your PayPal account balance within 24 business hours.
• Credit Card: Any refunds processed via your credit/debit card will show back up in your bank account within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

• Domestic Shipping: Shipping costs will depend on order weight which is calculated automatically when you checkout. Sticker orders will most of the time cost around 0.080 cents USD. Estimated delivery time is 5 to 7 business days.
• International Shipping: Shipping costs for international orders are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight. Estimated delivery time is anywhere from 1 week to several weeks, depending on the location, customs, and weather.

• Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-5 business days. Please note that processing times may be longer during peak seasons or holidays.

• Depending on which checkout option you pick, your order will either receive a confirmation email with a tracking number or it will not if you pick any of the [STAMPED] shipping options.

• We use USPS for all our shipments. You can visit their website to track your order.

International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, and other customs charges. The charges vary by country, and at this time, we are unable to calculate them in advance. For more information regarding your country’s customs policies, please contact your local customs office. If such a fee indeed gets imposed on your package, you are responsible for its payment.
